2.  As the owner responsible for the computer files originating from this website, TARANNA wishes to inform visitors to and users of its website of its policy for the protection and processing of personal data. This will be applicable if the users decide to complete any of the www.taranna.com forms which request personal data, without prejudice to the contents of any Privacy Clause applicable to each specific form. In any event, TARANNA guarantees at all times full compliance with the obligations set out in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the provisions of Royal Decree 172/2007, of 21st of December which approves the Regulations implementing the aforementioned Organic Law 15/1999, as well as the other implementing regulations.

3.  Personal data supplied by the users of or visitors to the website will be included in a computer file for which TARANNA is responsible, with the aim of facilitating access to the content offered on the website; to provide, manage, administer, expand and improve the services and/or content offered through the website; to tailor these services to the preferences and likes of the users; the study of the use of the services by the users and visitors; the design of new services related to the aforementioned services or content; management of events and maintenance of the website; administration required for development, compliance and monitoring of the contractual relationship that the user or visitor to the website has in this case with TARANNA; to provide information on the content of tours, including information on specific destinations or other similar services, as well as for advertising purposes and commercial research related to TARANNA’s products and services.

TARANNA advises users of and visitors to the website whether it is voluntary or obligatory to provide the personal data requested from them on the forms for access and registration of the services and/or content offered on the website. This information will be provided at the moment of entering the information through visual notices such as floating windows, the appearance of asterisks or symbols beside the requested data, or similar methods to those mentioned above. TARANNA, under Law 34/2002, of 11th of July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and under Law 56/2007, of 28th of December, on Measures to Promote the Information Society which modifies it, will never send advertising or sales communications or other communications of a commercial nature to users without their prior request or consent. Nor will TARANNA send messages that have not been requested or consented to beforehand not will it send chain emails which have not been requested or consented to beforehand. 11. TARANNA will never use the personal data of those under the age of 18, for purposes which are inappropriate for the age of the minor, but will only use this information in keeping with the age, knowledge and maturity of this target audience, and shall never collect data relating to the financial situation or private affairs of members of his/her family. TARANNA shall allow parents or guardians to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and objection regarding their children’s or wards’ data and shall encourage minors to consult them before supplying any information. Minors under 14 years old must provide TARANNA with written authorisation from their parents, guardians or legal representatives who consent to their data being processed.
